What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing PPC team.
• Own and evolve the PPC strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and selected social platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Country Managers to align campaigns with business goals.
• Analyze complex performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improvements.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and N8N to enhance efficiency and uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of execution to ensure measurable impact and ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams or channels.
• Deep understanding of PPC channels, specifically Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to optimize marketing productivity.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
