What you will do

• Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows across various customer journey stages.
• Design automation logic including triggers, conditions, and delays based on user behavior and product usage.
• Create and manage transactional communications tied to key user events.
• Drive the shift toward AI-driven personalization, tailoring messages to individual users rather than segments.
• Implement advanced segmentation using user attributes and behavioral data.
• Collaborate with product, data, design, and content teams to optimize assets and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email automation marketing with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of user attributes, behavioral events, and segmentation.
• Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows.
• Familiarity with AI automation tools, API integrations, or light scripting/coding.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Must be based in Lithuania to support a hybrid work model.
