What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across paid digital (Meta, Google, ASA, TikTok), SEO, influencer, affiliate, and organic growth.
  • Manage budget allocation and channel mix decisions across multiple priority international corridors and markets.
  • Optimize core commercial metrics, specifically MER and LTV:CAC efficiency.
  • Foster a structured experimentation culture based on rapid testing, creative iteration, and data-driven scaling.
  • Build smarter operational workflows for creative production and acquisition execution using AI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Brand, Product, Pricing, and Data teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading acquisition or growth in fintech, neobanking, marketplaces, or high-scale B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition across multiple international markets.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics, attribution, and cohort behavior.
  • Experience leading senior teams and managing cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on testing frameworks and scaling logic.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Kraków or Warsaw, Poland

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in remittance, fintech, or neobanking.
  • Expertise in operating across diaspora or migration-driven markets.
  • Multi-language or multi-region growth experience.
  • Established relationships with major paid acquisition platforms.
