Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates must currently live in Lithuania or be planning to independently relocate to Lithuania in the next 3 months.

Salary: Gross salary is 2600 - 4800 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap prioritized by potential impact and effort.
• Map and optimize the full web acquisition funnel to identify and resolve user drop-off points.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, CTAs, and onboarding flows to improve CRO.
• Lead on-page and technical SEO strategy, including site architecture, keyword research, and backlink acquisition.
• Analyze user behavior using Hotjar and GA4 to surface friction points and inform growth hypotheses.
• Oversee the web content calendar and collaborate with writers and designers to publish high-performing content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product marketing with a strong web focus.
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and conversion rates with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console) and web analytics (GA4, Mixpanel).
• Proficiency with CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress.
• Must be based in Lithuania or planning an independent relocation to Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS or D2C environments.
