What you will do

• Handle customer support issues for assigned game studios.
• Assist players with account recovery and technical troubleshooting.
• Resolve purchase-related and gameplay queries.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations Managers to improve service quality.
• Stay updated on client projects, branding, and latest game releases.

Requirements

• Thai language: C1 minimum
• English language: B2 minimum
• Must be based in Thailand
• In-depth gaming knowledge and ownership of a modern gaming console (PS4/PS5, Xbox, Switch) or gaming PC.
• Quiet dedicated workspace within your residence.
• Hardware: Windows 11, 8GB RAM, CPU Mark 9220+ (Intel 8th Gen+ / Ryzen 2nd Gen+), and GPU G3D Rating 4806+.
