E&I Estimator (Engineering): Carry out proposal and estimating activities for complex major projects supporting hirify.global UK’s business strategy with an accent on leading estimates, developing high-quality proposals, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Focus on obtaining inputs from stakeholders, liaising with clients for clarifications and negotiations, and maintaining up-to-date body of knowledge for proposals.

What you will do

• Take full responsibility for assigned estimates, leading and managing delivery of high-quality proposals in a timely manner.
• Lead single-discipline proposals and low-complexity multi-discipline proposals, handling estimate/costing, pricing, technical and commercial documents, and contractual reviews.
• Obtain inputs from operations, third parties, and stakeholders to develop proposals and execution concepts.
• Liaise with clients for information, clarifications, site visits, and negotiations; ensure compliance and quality through checks and reviews.
• Support other proposals with estimation input and attend strategy development meetings.
• Maintain norms, information, and develop proposal tools like estimating software and procedures.

Requirements

• Proposal and estimating experience (or similar) in contracting areas such as oil & gas, nuclear, utilities, power.
• Degree qualified in appropriate engineering or numerical discipline, or suitably experienced in relevant field.
