What you will do

• Lead and develop the production organization, including goal setting and performance management for supervisors and team leaders.
• Plan manpower and shift capacity aligned with production forecasts to reduce bottlenecks and optimize staffing.
• Oversee daily production line performance, ensuring startups, changeovers, and shutdowns follow company procedures.
• Own production KPIs for output, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Drive a strong quality culture by ensuring adherence to work instructions, control plans, and structured problem solving.
• Implement continuous improvement projects in processes, automation, layout, and digital tools.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or similar field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in production; prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing quality systems, specifically ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing, line balancing, and root cause analysis (5 Whys/RCCA).
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP) and MES.
• English: Good proficiency required.
