What you will do

• Lead and resolve escalated food safety and quality issues both remotely and on-site using structured resolution processes.
• Provide food protection expertise during pre-project phases and equipment installations.
• Analyze Aseptic Performance data and log detailed information into QuTI-P to reduce spoilage failures.
• Deliver food protection training to internal teams and external customers.
• Promote Quality Culture policies and act as a quality ambassador.
• Collaborate with regional/global technical networks and multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, technical service, and customer relationship management.
• Hands-on experience with aseptic systems, food processing equipment, and GMP environments.
• Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City and willing to travel to support global teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage difficult customer discussions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer (FSE A), Development Engineer, or similar specialist.
• Experience with data logging systems such as QuTI-P.
