What you will do

• Manage and support multiple engineering teams and Team Leads
• Improve delivery processes, team performance, and engineering effectiveness
• Scale engineering processes and organizational structure
• Support architectural discussions and long-term technical strategy
• Mentor engineers and engineering leaders
• Drive operational and process improvements across teams

Requirements

• Strong engineering management experience leading multiple teams or Team Leads
• Previous software engineering background (backend or full-stack preferred)
• Experience working in product companies rather than outsourcing
• Experience scaling teams, processes, and delivery practices
• English: B2 level required
• Must be based in the UK
