What you will do

• Drive automation systems sales in energy and process systems markets, focusing on DCS and related solutions.
• Lead direct and indirect sales cycles from opportunity identification through order closure.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, EPC companies, and OEM customers.
• Develop and execute regional EPS growth strategies with the wider organization.
• Research markets, identify new customers, and monitor product launches and competitors.
• Analyze technical DCS inquiries and develop technical and commercial solutions with product experts.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding and experience in relevant process industries, such as oil and gas, chemicals, metals and mining, power-to-X, biogas, water treatment, or food production.
• General understanding of DCS systems and experience with automation systems sales is advantageous.
• Knowledge of legal process analysis, contract discussions, and negotiations.
• Fluent Finnish and English are mandatory.
• Availability to travel mainly within Finland.
