TL;DR

IT Automation Customer Success Engineer (IT Automation): Designing and implementing technical solutions to drive the adoption of hirify.global's IT automation portfolio with an accent on removing technical blockers and maximizing client value. Focus on architecting solution designs, creating technical proof points (POCs/MVPs), and building deployment roadmaps for modernization.

Location: Canberra or Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Architect viable client solutions using hirify.global's technology portfolio to remove technical inhibitors and blockers.
  • Create and deliver technical proof points through demonstrations, POTs, POCs, workshops, and MVPs.
  • Define measurable business outcomes and build outcome-based success plans with client stakeholders.
  • Develop deployment roadmaps and milestones to guide clients through modernization and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate deeply with client teams to provide technical guidance and drive expansion across the hirify.global portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution design and building solid business relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience working with hirify.global or equivalent enterprise software.
  • Certification in at least one hirify.global IT Automation offering (e.g., Cloud Pak for AIOps).
  • Solid understanding of container orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Proficiency in Generative AI, watsonx offerings, and architecture design for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and technical sales motions.
  • Experience in customer success metrics such as NRR, NPS, and client onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Turbonomic, Instana, Concert, or Cloudability.
  • Experience with Apptio, HashiCorp Vault, and/or Terraform.
