What you will do
- Architect viable client solutions using 's technology portfolio to remove technical inhibitors and blockers.
- Create and deliver technical proof points through demonstrations, POTs, POCs, workshops, and MVPs.
- Define measurable business outcomes and build outcome-based success plans with client stakeholders.
- Develop deployment roadmaps and milestones to guide clients through modernization and technology adoption.
- Collaborate deeply with client teams to provide technical guidance and drive expansion across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in solution design and building solid business relationships.
- 5+ years of experience working with or equivalent enterprise software.
- Certification in at least one IT Automation offering (e.g., Cloud Pak for AIOps).
- Solid understanding of container orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, watsonx offerings, and architecture design for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and technical sales motions.
- Experience in customer success metrics such as NRR, NPS, and client onboarding.
- Familiarity with Turbonomic, Instana, Concert, or Cloudability.
- Experience with Apptio, HashiCorp Vault, and/or Terraform.
