Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects (Data AI): Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects in the SIMEA region (Southern Europe, Israel, Middle-East, Africa, France excluded) to shape post-sales delivery strategy for major customers with an accent on customer adoption, growth, and platform value maximization. Focus on hiring/coaching diverse team, partnering with sales/pre-sales/FDE teams, delivering C-level thought leadership using AI tooling, and monitoring customer progress.

Location: Hybrid role based in Milan, Italy or within 1 hour commute time

What you will do

• Manage a diverse team of DSAs to achieve customer usage growth, team career development, and hiring goals
• Lead by example in C-level discussions using AI tooling and serve as technical sponsor for select customers
• Assign accounts and distribute work for optimal coverage and team balance
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, FDE, and Partners teams to accelerate customer growth and reduce risks
• Monitor customer progress, forecast growth, handle escalations, and improve internal processes
• Contribute to building Delivery Solution Architect practice assets for consistency and effectiveness

Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing role
• Experience leading teams of pre/post-sale consultants, solution architects, technical account managers, or customer success engineers
• Experience in Cloud, Data, AI domains
• Hands-on experience putting workloads/data products into production (e.g., delivery architect, project manager, DevOps, service/product owner)
• Conversant with business issues and big data use cases across industries
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional regional languages advantageous
• Based in Milan or within 1 hour commute
