What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and software renewal quotations using Salesforce.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
• Coordinate communication with existing customers and prospects across the EMEA region.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and participate in team forecast activities.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and contribute to departmental process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive "can-do" mindset and strong team collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Greece.
