What you will do

• Support market penetration and expansion strategies to generate high-quality leads
• Ensure smooth onboarding, convert leads to active clients, and build strong client relationships
• Identify, evaluate, and suggest new business development opportunities
• Test and scale lead generation, activation, and retention strategies
• Prepare reports on business performance, market analysis, and client feedback
• Motivate, train, and manage client relations team to meet targets
• Monitor metrics, provide feedback, collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills
• Degree in business-related field
• At least 3 years in sales/business development including team management
• Experience in financial services industry (advantage)
• Strong people management, strategic thinking, and market understanding
• Goal-oriented with business acumen and computer literacy
