German-Speaking Business Development Officer

What you will do

• Set and support departmental KPIs and develop action plans aligned with corporate targets.
• Support market penetration and expansion across existing and new countries of operation.
• Build and maintain relationships through regular meetings and ongoing engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored strategies for different markets.
• Promote products and services while maintaining knowledge of competitor offerings.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses; participate in events and coach team members.

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration or another business-related field.
• Proven experience in business development, client or partner relations, or a similar role.
• Fluent or native German is required; English knowledge is also required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, client-handling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Good management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work under pressure, and computer literate.
