What you will do

• Support market penetration strategies to generate high-quality leads and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities, testing and scaling successful lead generation and retention approaches.
• Prepare reports on business performance, market analysis, and client feedback.
• Motivate, train, and manage client relations team to meet targets, providing feedback and setting goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams; act as liaison between global leadership and local teams.
• Analyze trends, localize strategies, and attend industry events to build relationships.

Requirements

• Fluency in Serbian and English with excellent communication skills.
• Degree in business-related field.
• At least 3 years in sales/business development including team management experience.
• Strong people management, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs; goal-oriented and dynamic.
• Very good computer literacy.
