What you will do
- Support market penetration strategies to generate high-quality leads and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities, testing and scaling successful lead generation and retention approaches.
- Prepare reports on business performance, market analysis, and client feedback.
- Motivate, train, and manage client relations team to meet targets, providing feedback and setting goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams; act as liaison between global leadership and local teams.
- Analyze trends, localize strategies, and attend industry events to build relationships.
Requirements
- Fluency in Serbian and English with excellent communication skills.
- Degree in business-related field.
- At least 3 years in sales/business development including team management experience.
- Strong people management, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs; goal-oriented and dynamic.
- Very good computer literacy.
