What you will do

• Sit within the Diversified Private Debt investment team, working closely with portfolio managers on strategy, positioning, and client communication.
• Represent the private markets platform to clients as part of the Investment Specialist and Client Director group.
• Translate investment capabilities into portfolio solutions and shape strategy presentation in broader multi-asset private markets portfolios.
• Engage in portfolio construction, performance analysis, and investment discussions.
• Drive growth and development of one of hirify.global’s core credit platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in London (flexible working considered).
• Strong understanding of private credit markets, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, private placements or structured credit.
• Ability to engage with portfolio construction, performance analysis, and investment discussions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable at the intersection of investments, sales, and product.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging institutional clients.
