What you will do

• Manage all collection activities through telephone calls, emails, and house visits.
• Achieve daily productivity standards regarding call attempts and customer contacts.
• Apply negotiation strategies to ensure the successful recovery of overdue outstanding payments.
• Analyze and evaluate errant cases to recommend and initiate appropriate courses of action.
• Maintain the collection system and generate reminders for customers.

Requirements

• Experience in collections, accounts receivables, contact centers, or customer service roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
