What you will do

• Drive initiatives under the Sustainability Partners USP to achieve strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Build and manage external partnerships to enhance sustainability education and engagement for clients.
• Plan and deliver regional Sustainability Forums across SG, HK, ASEAN, and Dubai to reinforce the bank's proposition.
• Act as primary liaison with OCBC Group CSO for sustainability messaging, reporting, and strategic alignment.
• Support client-facing teams in embedding ESG insights and advisory inputs into portfolio reviews and wealth strategies.
• Maintain governance frameworks, policies, and team-level budget planning to optimize ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrable experience in ESG research and working directly with Senior Management.
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead groups and organize complex processes toward a single goal.
• Future-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to changes.
• Must be based in Singapore (Onsite).
