What you will do

• Execute GTM expansion strategy by developing enablement materials and providing tax subject matter expertise training.
• Act as a strategic advisor for the GTM team and prospects to accelerate and expand strategic deals.
• Define and document business requirements for the AEOI (FATCA/CRS) engine to ensure software accuracy.
• Partner with Marketing to produce white papers and thought-leadership content regarding regulatory shifts like CARF and 1099-DA.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to validate data integration and ensure output forms meet global tax standards.
• Support Customer Operations during peak filing seasons, troubleshooting complex errors and interpreting jurisdiction schemas.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of income tax experience in public accounting or industry.
• Degree in accounting and CPA certification.
• Deep domain expertise in IRS Chapter 3 & 4 (FATCA), CRS, CARF, and domestic reporting (1099/1042-S).
• Proficiency with Excel; working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and BI tools like Alteryx is a plus.
• Must be based in Singapore with legal authorization to work.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for normalizing complex data.

• Mandarin language skills for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
