What you will do
- Lead commissioning activities for Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and PLC-based controls.
- Develop, review, and approve controls sequences, integrated testing scripts, and alarm strategies.
- Coordinate and witness Level 1 through Level 3 commissioning and execute Level 4/5 Functional and Integrated Systems Testing.
- Interface with mechanical, electrical, and vendor teams to troubleshoot controls-related issues.
- Verify trending, alarms, graphics, and system interoperability across critical infrastructure platforms.
- Manage commissioning reporting and closeout documentation using digital management systems.
Requirements
- Degree or technical qualification in Controls, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience commissioning BMS, EPMS, PLC, or integrated controls within mission-critical or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of critical cooling controls, power monitoring, and integrated systems testing methodologies.
- Experience with chilled water systems, CRAHs, fan walls, UPS systems, and generators.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- German language capability.
- Experience with monitoring-based commissioning and energy performance verification.
- Familiarity with hyperscale data center control architectures and digital commissioning management systems.
