What you will do

• Manage EMC Analysis & Test engineers professionally and disciplinarily.
• Define and implement a technology roadmap aligned with division strategic goals.
• Develop the team's professional and organizational capabilities in line with company goals.
• Set up and maintain general tools, procedures, templates, and EMC test equipment.
• Facilitate the transfer of EMC Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects.
• Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field.
• Several years of professional experience in the space industry.
• Comprehensive and in-depth specialist knowledge of EMC Engineering.
• Very good communication skills and intercultural competencies.
• Strong analytical skills and a well-organized, structured style of working.
• Proven decision-making and delegation capabilities.
