What you will do

• Own the platform interface roadmap, defining the direction for API, CLI, MCP, and LLM-native surfaces.
• Define "agent-readiness" for AI agents to query data, trigger actions, and orchestrate freight operations.
• Drive integration strategies and partner interface design for TMS, Fleet Management Systems, and ERPs.
• Collaborate with engineering on platform architecture, including access control and multi-tenant data isolation.
• Accelerate AI adoption by identifying ways AI can optimize discovery, design, and delivery in the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior PM owning platform, API, or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with the AI agent ecosystem, including MCP, LLM tool-calling, and agent-based architectures.
• Strong technical literacy to engage deeply with engineering on architecture and interface contracts.
• Proven track record of influencing product strategy and delivering demonstrable business results.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with an interest in applying AI tools to product workflows.
