TL;DR

Product Designer (Ecommerce): Designing user experiences for multichannel campaigns and automation workflows with an accent on simplifying complex marketing orchestration. Focus on distilling complex problems into intuitive interfaces and leveraging product metrics to drive iterative improvements.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: Gross starting at €5,500 per month

What you will do

  • Own the UX and product design for campaigns and automation workflow creation.
  • Transform product metrics, user research, and customer insights into design concepts and experiments.
  • Co-lead discovery and delivery phases, including problem framing, flow mapping, and interaction design.
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make incremental design decisions.
  • Contribute to and improve the internal design system to enhance efficiency across teams.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product design (UX/UI) at a user-focused tech company with a portfolio of shipped products.
  • Strong skills in lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping, user research, and user testing.
  • Ability to articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and peers.
  • Deep understanding of creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary product teams.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Figma, FullStory, and Mixpanel.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring other product designers.
  • Experience establishing and owning a design system from scratch.
