Location: Hybrid (in-office 4 days per week). Offices available in New York, Seattle, Sydney, Tokyo, and London.

Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 fixed annual salary (Total compensation $157,000 - $255,000 including equity)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for both traditional UI and AI-powered (agentic) workflows.
• Translate complex ML model outputs and data-driven insights into explainable and trustworthy user interfaces.
• Define and evolve UX standards and interaction patterns for AI features across the product suite.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and components to ensure consistency.
• Leverage generative design, LLM-assisted synthesis, and AI prototyping to increase design velocity.
• Collaborate across teams to improve how customers activate and personalize data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX or product design experience, preferably in SaaS, complex data platforms, or AI/ML products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and at least one AI or data-driven product experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the design workflow and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in Figma with a high bar for visual and interaction quality.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies for effective engineering collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong ownership mindset.
