What you will do

• Drive AI product strategy and experience vision, partnering with product and engineering leadership.
• Define design systems, scalable patterns for AI interactions like trust indicators and feedback loops.
• Guide product direction balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Lead and mentor a team of product designers and UX researchers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Elevate design quality, establish review processes, and champion AI tools in design workflows.
• Influence design culture, operations, and inclusive practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years UX experience, 4+ years managing designers/researchers
• Experience leading UX in complex SaaS/enterprise environments
• Strong user-centered design, UX research, design systems foundation
• Proven influence on product strategy, stakeholder alignment, executive communication
• Portfolio showing design leadership and impact
• Collaboration with product/engineering, operating in ambiguity

Nice to have

• AI-powered features design experience (conversational UI, recommendations)
• AI UX challenges knowledge (trust, explainability)
• AI tools familiarity (Claude, ChatGPT) in workflows
• Legal tech or regulated domains experience
