Product Designer (UX/UI): Design iterations and variations for Hunt’s and Offroad’s onboarding flows to increase user conversion with an accent on conceptual designs, prototypes, and full-system ready-for-dev designs. Location: Remote from US locations (Seattle, WA; Bozeman/Missoula, MT; Austin, TX; Denver, CO; others). Permanent US work authorization required.

Salary: $119,000–$140,000 annually

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on design work for onboarding flows.
• Translate ideas into conceptual designs and prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in HCI/UX or equivalent.
• 4+ years designing onboarding, signup, purchase, or educational flows.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Portfolio of work samples.
• Curiosity for new technologies including AI.
• Alignment with company values.
