TL;DR

VP of Information Technology & Business Systems (SaaS): Leading the internal technology roadmap and business systems architecture to scale a high-growth SaaS platform with an accent on AI enablement, tool consolidation, and systems integration. Focus on driving AI strategy, optimizing the GTM tech stack, and ensuring SOC 2/ISO compliance.

Location: United States (Hybrid/Remote). Travel is an expected part of the role.

What you will do

  • Own the 12–24 month systems and technology roadmap to support business scaling.
  • Drive strategy for the corporate SaaS stack (Salesforce, Jira, Slack, etc.), managing build vs. buy decisions.
  • Lead company-wide AI enablement, governance, and value evaluation.
  • Manage systems architecture and data flows between internal tools (e.g., Chargebee, Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Oversee the IT budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team while maintaining SOC 2 and ISO compliance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT and business technology, with 4+ years in senior leadership at a 300–1,500 employee SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.) and integration architecture.
  • Proven experience managing IT budgets and complex vendor contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM (Okta, Google Workspace) and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the United States.
