What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution across the Wedding & Events vertical, including BridalLive, Total Party Planner, and Aisle Planner.
• Establish and uphold high standards for code quality, system performance, scalability, and security.
• Drive platform modernization and technical debt reduction across the entire product portfolio.
• Deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows to increase developer productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Manage and develop Engineering Managers, building high-performing distributed engineering teams.
• Partner with Product and GTM leaders to prioritize and deliver differentiated, AI-enabled product capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proven track record of leading multiple teams or products within a SaaS environment.
• Experience with platform modernization, cloud-native architectures, or complex system integrations.
• Background in vertical SaaS, SMB software, or payments-adjacent platforms.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled product capabilities or developer productivity tooling at scale.
• Must be based in the US.
