What you will do

• Develop and execute a central data strategy to drive organizational growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Oversee data operations, quality, analytics, and governance functions to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Implement a Customer 360 view and leverage CRM data to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML) to generate predictive insights for sales and service teams.
• Collaborate with the C-suite to prioritize data opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage and mentor the data and analytics team, supporting their professional development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data strategy, management, and governance.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems and tools to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of data operations, data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale data and analytics teams.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Irving, TX or Stamford, CT (Hybrid)
