TL;DR

Head of Data (iGaming): Building and leading a centralized data hub to drive enterprise AI transformation with an accent on infrastructure, governance, and master data management. Focus on delivering measurable business value through AI-enabled AEBITDA growth and establishing a robust data strategy across a complex, multi-business-unit organization.

Location: Must be based in the US, with a strong preference for being full-time in Las Vegas, NV. If remote, 50% travel is required.

Salary: $300,000–$350,000

What you will do

• Stand up a centralized data hub covering infrastructure, governance, and data science capabilities.
• Develop and execute a multi-year data strategy integrated with the broader enterprise AI transformation plan.
• Drive measurable business value by delivering financially-validated data initiatives that support AEBITDA targets.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, policies, and stewardship to ensure data quality and security.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing data organization through effective hiring and talent development.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading data, analytics, or engineering organizations at the VP, SVP, or Chief Data Officer level.
• Proven track record of building data capability in technically complex, fragmented environments.
• Hands-on expertise in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and data tooling (dbt, MDM).
• Strong working knowledge of AI tooling, agentic workflows, and LLM capabilities.
• Ability to translate data investments into measurable financial outcomes (revenue, cost, or AEBITDA).
• Public-company experience is strongly preferred.
