What you will do

• Define and drive the global data platform strategy to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure.
• Lead and develop a global organization of platform, engineering, and operations leaders.
• Establish technical roadmaps for data platform modernization and AI-ready data capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to shape data direction and influence investment decisions.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of platforms in line with regulatory and client-driven SLAs.
• Drive engineering excellence through automated and AI-enabled practices to improve efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale data platform or data engineering organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Proven track record of defining and implementing strategic plans and large-scale platform transformations.
• Deep technical expertise in modern data architectures such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and secure consensus.
• Experience managing platform financials, budgeting, and strategic vendor relationships.
