Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle development of major autonomous haulage system (AHS 2.0) components.
• Ensure on-time delivery of hardware components to meet machine New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Group Technical leads and Component Design Engineers to align product needs with hardware development.
• Review validation plans and assist in execution to ensure component reliability.
• Track quality issues and manage component obsolescence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Proven experience in hardware development, specifically with electrical components.
• Expertise in systems engineering and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

• Prior experience in the Construction or Mining industry.
