What you will do
- Partner with executive sponsors and end users to identify high-impact use cases and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
- Lead strategic reviews and advise customers on their AI roadmap to ensure maximum value from the platform.
- Translate business needs into problem statements and success metrics, collaborating with Product and R&D to shape priorities.
- Conduct discovery workshops, scope pilots, and guide rollouts to drive platform adoption.
- Design and build AI agents for customers, redesigning underlying business processes for maximum impact.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive engagement across various teams and functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in roles blending business and technology (product, analytics, data, or engineering).
- Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts and ship real AI outcomes for business workflows.
- Deep understanding of current LLM capabilities and limitations to steer towards safe and cost-effective solutions.
- Strong product sense and user empathy to design clear, guided AI experiences.
- Technical depth to work with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Cohere) and collaborate with engineers.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in customer-facing consultative roles such as solutions, support, or product management.
- Experience evaluating AI outcomes, including defining success criteria and iterating for quality, latency, and cost.
- Ability to analyze usage signals and customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
