What you will do

• Lead strategic business development with key asset and wealth management clients, specifically in LATAM and US offshore markets.
• Source and develop new relationships with senior leadership at international asset and wealth managers.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members responsible for day-to-day client account management.
• Collaborate with senior executives to drive sales strategy, business development, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage internal projects and develop operational frameworks for ongoing team management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development or relationship management.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Must be located in the Greater Miami area.
• Extensive experience in international wealth management and alternative assets.
• Professional experience with Hedge Funds or Private Equity.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Portuguese.
