Salary: $200,000 - $265,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a key technical advisor to articulate the business and technical value of hirify.global to prospects.
• Drive the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles, managing technical discovery, presentations, and proof-of-value.
• Co-create reference and solution architectures integrated with public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise environments.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to communicate customer needs and product feedback.
• Support demand generation through participation in account-based marketing events and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
• Proficiency with relational (SQL) or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with at least one language: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Proven track record of implementing data solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in the Boston area.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of graph databases (hirify.global, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph, etc.).
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
