What you will do
- Build and own operational systems for partner intake, evaluation, and launch to prevent stalls and losses between teams.
- Drive partnership launches by coordinating GTM, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth handoffs to steady-state.
- Help partners scope and implement technical integrations, translating between teams, reviewing plans, and validating foundations.
- Maintain visible partner pipeline using CRM and systems to track progress, flag issues, and surface key information.
- Connect clinics with partners via audience segments and marketing collaboration for communications and co-marketing.
- Conduct research on partner categories and synthesize into analysis for better decision-making.
Requirements
- Partnerships experience with strong commercial acumen (from business development, sales, marketing, or related).
- Background in cross-functional project management with effective stakeholder communication and timeline management.
- Comfort with operational systems like CRM, partner portals, and quick adaptation to new tools.
- Strong research and synthesis skills to distill product category information into clear insights.
- Curiosity about clinic practitioners and their needs.
