Salary: $131,000 - $218,000

What you will do

• Apply knowledge of energy markets, generation, transmission, renewables, and related technologies to consulting projects.
• Build and analyze hourly production models to replicate ISO market dynamics, price formations, and LMPs.
• Perform transmission nodal analysis for renewable curtailment, basis risks, and BESS dispatch/revenue projections.
• Develop and review complex financial pro forma models and power system simulation tools.
• Prepare technical assessment reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
• Manage small to medium project teams, client relationships, and contributions across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 7 years in business/consulting, preferably energy markets.
• Solid knowledge of energy markets, production modeling (Plexos, Promod, etc.), and financial analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills for complex models and attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills for reports and presentations.
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to office or client sites.
