Accounting Manager (Workday/NetSuite)

What you will do

• Lead accounting integration activities related to acquisitions, new product implementations, and financial system migrations.
• Support the integration of travel-related financial operations into enterprise accounting platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and Product teams to ensure system alignment.
• Analyze and validate accounting treatments, journal entries, and financial data mappings during implementations.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams, participating in PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and backlog discussions.
• Optimize accounting workflows and support automation initiatives across enterprise ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience at the Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant level.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles including debits, credits, and reconciliations.
• Experience with Workday or NetSuite (at least one is required).
• Prior experience supporting ERP implementations or financial system transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments with exposure to Scrum ceremonies.

• Experience supporting travel industry accounting operations.
• Financial services or banking industry experience.
• Experience integrating financial systems into large enterprise environments.
