What you will do

• Act as a primary spokesperson to build and manage relationships with investors, sell-side analysts, and prospective shareholders.
• Lead the end-to-end earnings preparation process, including contributing to prepared remarks and press releases.
• Drive the investor targeting strategy by tracking ownership changes and providing data-backed recommendations.
• Coordinate the development of Investor Day materials, managing the narrative arc and financial presentations.
• Partner with FP&A, corporate strategy, and communications on high-priority initiatives and external communications.
• Prepare executive management for engagements with the investment community by anticipating questions and creating Q&A resources.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Strategy.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, institutional investor perspectives, and valuation methodologies.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear, compelling narratives for executives.
• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated record of executive-level storytelling.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and FactSet.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
