What you will do

• Take ownership as Product Owner, shaping product vision and goals
• Translate business processes and customer needs into structured documentation
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and progress
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, and risks for smooth delivery
• Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements with business users
• Collaborate on solution mockups with cross-functional teams in SAFe framework

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis
• Solid understanding of PLM systems, ideally Teamcenter
• Experience in SAFe or other Agile frameworks
• Strong analytical skills for documenting processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
