Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) - Must be able to report to local office in Milford, Michigan

What you will do

• Deliver calibrations for low voltage setpoint control, battery saver modes, and load management to ensure functionality and robustness.
• Utilize system hardware and software troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and complete calibration standard work.
• Analyze large datasets collected during key-off, parked, and driving maneuvers to tune system response.
• Develop and optimize calibrations to meet performance and timing requirements.
• Coordinate calibration activities with Lead Calibrators and Electric Power Controls Scrum Teams.
• Diagnose and correct vehicle, system, and controls deficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Controls Engineer, Vehicle Control Module Engineer, or Controls Software Engineer.
• Expertise in calibration development, optimization, and validation for low voltage systems.
• Proficiency with data acquisition and diagnostic tools including INCA, Vehicle Spy, CRETA, MDA, and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Knowledge of low voltage power systems and control algorithms.
