Salary: $104,300 – $193,700

What you will do

• Lead new product development (NPD) activities for the CAD product line using established engineering processes.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers while remaining a hands-on technical contributor on assigned projects.
• Manage the preparation and execution of design reviews, including preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR/CDR).
• Own engineering deliverables and ensure execution aligns with allocated hours and program schedules.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders during technical reviews and development.
• Drive engineering excellence, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of engineering or technical leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in mechanical and/or ordnance design.
• Experience leading product development programs through formal design review phases.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with ITAR export control requirements.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with people leadership responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with DFMEA/FMECA, reliability, system safety, and failure analysis.
• Broad engineering exposure across multiple technical domains.
