Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end manufacturing strategy for subsystems from concept through production ramp.
• Lead DFM efforts with design engineering to optimize cost, quality, and scalability.
• Architect scalable production flows for large spacecraft assemblies, including harnessing and mechanisms.
• Develop and deploy advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and tooling systems.
• Lead first article builds and flight hardware integration, resolving complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior manufacturing engineers and technicians to raise the organization's technical bar.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume, rapid production environments.
• Proven track record in DFM and transitioning prototype processes into repeatable production.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (NX or equivalent) and GD&T.
• Deep familiarity with aerospace standards (IPC soldering, AS9100).
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
