What you will do

• Perform structural evaluations and condition assessments of damaged or existing buildings.
• Prepare as-built drawings and create specifications based on current and historical building codes.
• Design upgrades, maintenance, and restoration solutions for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects.
• Lead project teams, taking responsibility for project scope, schedule, and budget success.
• Conduct field assessments, including work from ladders, lifts, scaffolds, and rooftops.
• Collaborate with Business Development to provide technical expertise during client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineering license in Civil Engineering required (Structural license preferred).
• 8+ years of structural design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.
• Ability to perform physical field work, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
