Salary: $128,880 - $211,200 USD

What you will do

• Meet shift KPIs for safety, operational performance, time-to-repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage team across campuses, navigate suppliers, and deliver training for ISO objectives.
• Set goals, allocate resources, and execute work for team alignment and accountability.
• Standardize shift operations, drive HPM and OpX excellence, and implement continuous improvements.
• Coach team members, manage performance, and provide backfill for on-call and holidays.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peer managers on impacts and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or related STEM; or 5+ years equivalent experience
• 2+ years leadership in technical field; people manager with direct reports
• Problem-solving, direct report development, crisis management skills
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management

Nice to have

• 3+ years management experience
• Factory business acumen and semiconductor manufacturing knowledge
• Proficiency in JMP, Excel/Pivot Tables
• Resource/project management techniques and ITIL service management
