Design Engineering and Architecture Line Manager GL II – Job Grade 10

TL;DR

Design Engineering and Architecture Line Manager GL II (Job Grade 10): Leading NPI and Volume production activities for DUV Reticle stage, Wafer Table and Air Gauge modules as well as ATT implementation across all Business Lines at Wilton factory with an accent on manufacturing processes, quality standards and cross-sector collaboration. Focus on developing labor hour reduction roadmaps, driving business cases, supporting supplier escalations and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality modules.

Location: Wilton, CT, US (onsite, clean room environment). Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work.

What you will do

• Lead people management including recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching and performance evaluation.
• Define Target Annual Plan requirements and drive business case development.
• Represent Production Engineering in progress reviews, cross-sector meetings and Configuration Control Board.
• Develop and maintain module manufacturing processes, support design convergence for manufacturability.
• Investigate technical issues analytically and hands-on, report status to Sr. Management and escalate barriers.
• Drive cross-sector teams to achieve high quality standards for products and tooling.

Requirements

• BS in technical field, engineering preferred.
• 8+ years in production/manufacturing, 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience developing Manufacturing readiness plans for new product introduction.
• Solid understanding of production management, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to interface with multidisciplinary groups and manage multiple projects.
