hirify.global is building an AI-native Digital Experience Platform to empower users to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers.

What you will do

  • Lead a full-stack team building and scaling hirify.global’s analytics product offerings.
  • Drive roadmap planning and execution, shaping key features and technical investments.
  • Balance hands-on coding (20-30% of time) with team leadership and mentorship.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to shape the strategy for Analyze and Optimize.
  • Support engineers' growth through feedback and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to refine organizational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Argentina
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams in a high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of technical experience as an individual contributor (Senior/Staff level).
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo, and AWS.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered product features.
  • Business-level English fluency

Nice to have

  • Deep experience in analytics or data-intensive systems (event pipelines, OLAP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with conversion concepts, funnels, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of web analytics standards (sessions, identity resolution, privacy).
