TL;DR

Focus on analyzing complex problems, guiding technical solutions, mentoring engineers, and owning delivery of complex features in collaboration with product and design teams.

Location: Hybrid in Singapore, Central

What you will do

  • Lead the team in developing secure, performant features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Analyze complex problems and break them into actionable tasks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders on roadmap and quality improvements.
  • Guide the team in solving large-scale technical challenges and enforcing coding standards.
  • Own delivery of complex features and mentor engineers for career growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work in Singapore, Central; international environment.
  • Proven track record leading engineering teams in fast-paced global settings.
  • Strong leadership in vision-setting, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Hands-on technical leader with coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js/React.
  • Experience in cloud-native (AWS serverless), microservices, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, TDD.
  • Proficiency in design patterns, REST APIs, developer tools (CLIs, SDKs).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Rust, Dart, or Go.
