What you will do

• Lead engineering execution and strategic management for the Americas regional pod.
• Manage the full-cycle engineering roadmap for the nova AI-powered marketing intelligence platform.
• Design and operationalize a follow-the-sun engineering model in collaboration with the EMEA team to ensure continuous development.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor engineering talent across the Americas hub to support strategic growth.
• Champion AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to increase team productivity.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for code quality, security (SOC 2 Type II), and maintainability.

Requirements

• BS or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading geographically distributed remote teams.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in marketing technology, analytics, or SaaS reporting products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and LLM tooling.
