• Drive business development by pursuing opportunities, leading client pitches, and delivering presentations and publications.
• Provide line management, mentoring, and development for civil/structural engineering teams.

Requirements

• Relevant technical bachelor’s degree or higher education certificate from a recognised institution.
• At least one professional membership (e.g., MICE, MIStructE).
• Professional memberships from dispute bodies (e.g., CIArb, SCL) and expert witness accreditation (e.g., Academy of Experts, RICS).
• Desirable: postgraduate degree in Construction Law, Arbitration, or equivalent.
